Grant Agreements will be negotiated with successful applicants prior to the release of the initial grant instalment. Agreements will include information regarding the release of further funds when the organisation meets agreed accountability and reporting requirements.
Accountability requirements will be negotiated with recipients before the Grant Agreement is executed and will include financial and performance reporting such as:
- interim and final reports reflecting key stages of the research proposal
- submission of receipts/invoices
- a full financial audit for the project.
Failure to meet all accountability requirements may result in organisations being liable to repay grant amounts and will jeopardise the success of future grant applications.
Acknowledgement of the grant
Successful applicants are required to publicly acknowledge the Foundation.
Acknowledgement may include, but is not limited to:
- signage on equipment purchased
- interviews in radio, newspaper or television media
- articles in internal newsletters and other communication channels
- articles in industry publications.
